1 – Do activities take place everyday ?
Yes, Except special mentions.
2 – Can you pick me up at the airport, bus or train station for my trip ?
We recommend you to stay in the city. Some sanctuary can pick up you at some different meetings point. However, the easiest place to pick you up is your Accommodation / Hotel.
3 – What is your the cancellation policy?
It depends of the Sanctuary. You can check their Cancellation Policy at the end of the sanctuary page.
4 – Is it possible to change the dates of my visit?
Yes, but it will depend on the availability. Please contact our staff for more information.
5 – What should I bring for the visit?
Hat, swimwear, sandals and shorts. Sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, water bottle, your first aid kit and your camera!
6 – Can I pay when I arrive to the sanctuary?
No, it is mandatory to submit the payment on the website; the booking will not be finalized if we don’t receive the payment.
7 – Should I book a long time early?
The earlier you book, the better your chance of securing your visit, especially during the high season (ranging from November until March) when the sanctuaries can get fully booked days or weeks in advance.
8 – Is there any special requirements to participate?
A normal physical condition is required. We welcome guests from all ages and activities can fit everybody. If you know you have a certain allergy or medical condition we should know of, please bring your medication and inform us in advance.
9 – How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number.
We also send you a confirmation email and a phone text with all your booking information.
10 – Can I notice a specific billing address or name while booking ?
Yes, during the booking process you can notice it by selecting this option (everything is clearly explained in the booking process).
