Bangkok Elephant Park was established out of the founder's deep love and concern for Thai elephants, inspired by witnessing their suffering from forced labor and inadequate living conditions. The park, situated on a large, fertile plot on the outskirts of Bangkok, was created to offer a safe and natural home for rescued elephants and to educate visitors about these majestic animals.

In the morning or afternoon, it provides an eye-opening and inspiring experience. After a scenic drive through a local village, you'll reach the park, set in a picturesque jungle with ponds, open fields, and hillsides for the elephants to explore.

Your visit begins at the Park and Observation Platform, where a presentation will prepare you for interacting with the elephants and explain their need for protection. You will then feed the elephants with bananas, pineapples, and cucumbers. After feeding, you'll walk with the elephants into the jungle, observing them from a safe distance in the Observation Salas. This allows the elephants to exhibit natural behaviors such as bathing, playing, and socializing.
